WHAT IS SIN?
This is a bit to large to handle in one sitting. Have you ever known that you were not supposed to do something but you did it anyway? Guess what. the Bible says that is sin. James 4:17 says: “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” It is the new scrolling message. So any way I have to confess to you guys , my loyal readers that I sinned.
I knew what I did was wrong, not in the eyes of God but it was wrong in the eyes of man and that was enough. Remember we talked about following those who are placed in authority over you. I did not and I am suffering the consequences. I have been a little perturbed by the whole situation and it had me way out of sorts. Thanks to you guys, God keeps me reigned in a bit so I have not done anything real stupid. The biggest problem with the whole thing is that I did not want to admit that I had done anything at all wrong to myself, God or anyone else. Now, when you do not confess your sins to God He gets a little hurt, I think. He wants us to come talk to Him. Remember when you were a kid and you just knew you was going to get in trouble and you tried to justify your way out. That is what I did with God. He knows what we did already and He knows our heart better than we do. I do not have any idea why I thought I could get away with trying to hide this from God. I mean look at Adam. He ate the forbidden fruit knew it was wrong immediately and then tried to play like he was a tree. My friend does this great imitation of playing a tree which just means we are trying to hide from God so He will not see our sin. How stupid I am when I know better and do not do better I have added sin to sin and now I must talk with my Father. I just wanted to confess my sins before man so that when i talk to Him I know more about what I need to say. Thanks for listening to me. I will edit this post tomorrow so that you can read it better For now I must go talk to my Lord.
